Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze party bills/invoices, Accounts receivables, sales records, inventory management and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ In consultation with the Department Head, F & A develop, maintain, and analyze sales target that compare with actual achievement.
∎ Maintain product wise party ledger and ensure sales invoices are being processed as per credit limit.
∎ Proceed all internal audit and any other jobs as per assigned by management.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, annual sales & accounts receivable statement and ad-hoc management reports.
∎ Full support for smooth functioning sales ledger & inventory software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in manufacturing Company/ Group of Companies.
∎ Highly pro active, energetic and self-motivated
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel and accounting Software is a must.
Salary: Negotiable
