Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electro-Mechanical/ Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from govt universities, IUT/ SUST/AUST/AIUB.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Applicant should have vast experience in the Garments Industries.
∎ Report Project & Maintenance Head for all sorts technical issues related to Maintenance & utility services.
∎ Responsible for schedule maintenance of all Utility machines and equipment of the company.
∎ Candidate should have vast experience about the Safety Audits for RSC, Nirapon/Elevate (90days monitoring report), BV, Tesco, M&S, Walmart, C&A, GAP, Cotton One, etc. renowned buyers.
∎ Candidate should have vast knowledge on national & international rules like; NFPA/ BNBC-2020/Electricity Rules 1937/ Bangladesh fire service and civil defence act and rules/ Bangladesh Labour Law, etc.
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Responsible for all the utilities issues such as Sub-Station, Transformer, Control Panel Boards, air compressor, air cooler, generator, water pump, Softener, workshop, steam boiler, Washing & Dry machines, knitting/woven, sewing etc. periodic maintenance & troubleshooting.
∎ Prepare SOP for maintenance of plant & machinery and utilities installation of the factory and implement accordingly.
∎ Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy (power, air, steam, gas, etc) and measure units of utilities produced, utilized and waste- through monthly reporting.
∎ Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance. Including break down maintenance, prevent maintenance, troubleshooting maintenance.
∎ Experienced & Responsible to do zero down time preventing maintenance of utility machinery and equipment from damage and obsolescence.
∎ Experienced & Responsible for fault findings & installation of all electrical equipment.
∎ Applicant should have competent to Fire Hydrant & Sprinkler system, Addressable fire alarm system with drawing & Calculation.
∎ Applicant should be Competent in preparation of BOQ
∎ Applicant should have Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering & Load calculation.
∎ Prepare & submit weekly / monthly report on Project, Maintenance & Modifications works.
∎ Prepare Requisition & Control for maintenance tools and spare parts.
∎ Submit annual budget for Utility & Maintenance Dept.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have MIEB no.
∎ In depth knowledge on overall Maintenance & Utility related issues of Factory.
∎ Candidate should be dynamic, hardworking, innovative & self-motivated.
∎ Leading People, Effective communication skills & Strong negotiation skills.
