Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ Bachelor/ Masters/ Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to in develop/design, manage and execute/implement sales & marketing
∎ Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
∎ Assist in developing pricing strategy
∎ Increase the reputation and good will of the brand, products and services so that sales as well as revenue of the company increase.
∎ Visit, liaise and coordinate with various outside organizations, agencies, regulatory bodies etc as and when required to ensure long-term business partnership.
∎ Provide customized product presentations to internal and external customers
∎ Ensure after sales service for customer satisfaction
∎ Promote customer-appropriate products and solutions
∎ Perform sales visit regularly
∎ Have to achieve targets assigned by management
∎ Be prepared to work independently as well as in a team
∎ Good market and customer knowledge of ISP in Bangladesh
∎ The candidates may be posted anywhere in Bangladesh
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 to 5 years extensive experience in a ISP sector in Marketing/Sales/ of ISP related products/service/IP Phone
∎ Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiating skills.
∎ Strategic thinker
∎ Ability to develop productive relationships with stakeholders.
∎ Excellent presentation skill in both Bengali & English
∎ Need to be smart, energetic, confident and target oriented
∎ Good communication skill with lively and presentable personality
∎ Willing to work long hours and be pro-active person with a can-do attitude.
