∎ Oriental group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Real Estate Ltd. is looking for a young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person who has proven experiences on Land acquisition/ Development in Real Estate Industry. The candidate must have proper knowledge on Land Acquisition/ Development and convincing capacity of handling the Land owners for Joint Venture.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good public relation and vast knowledge on prospective landowners.
∎ To communicate with the potential landowners and arrange meeting independently.
∎ Appropriate knowledge on land sourcing, proposal preparation and submission.
∎ Responsible for project highlighting and negotiating with clients.
∎ Land procurement and related affairs of company including leading a team.
∎ Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, Far Calculation, calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc regarding land procurement for large and small Projects.
∎ Highly self Capable on Land Development for Joint Venture.
∎ Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
∎ Convincing capacity of handling with the Land owners.
∎ Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the Management.
