Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for self-motivated individuals for immediate appointment.
∎ Maintain the IT infrastructure of the whole organization.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks.
∎ Coordinate and manage data backup and recovery processes.
∎ Installing, configuring, monitoring and maintaining computer hardware, software, system, network, printer, scanner, etc.
∎ Providing technical support (physically or remotely) on call basis and in schedule.
∎ Configure and Troubleshoot Email,
∎ Recommending and implementing time demanding Technology.
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
∎ Configuring & monitoring of CCTV, IP Camera, access control, time attendance devices and software.
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Verify functionality of hardware and software components
∎ Maintaining records of Software licenses.
∎ Managing stocks of all IT accessories.
∎ Ensure network security and connectivitySet up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Now we are looking for Sr. Executive/ Asst Manager-IT. The Sr. Executive/ Asst Manager-IT will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the institution's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities. This role involves maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting educational technologies, and collaborating with various departments to implement effective IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
