Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving and Checking accuracy various bills and vouchers.
∎ Maintaining documentation and voucher filing.
∎ Assisting with the cash management system.
∎ Assisting in vendor and final payment processes.
∎ Cash withdrawal from the bank for salary and monthly expenses.
∎ Preparing US office expense files.
∎ Verifying bills and vouchers.
∎ Assisting with monthly note sheet preparation.
∎ Recording accounting entries in the software system as per transactions.
