∎ Business Graduate/ MBA / Masters from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively communicate sales schemes and promotions with the dealers;
∎ Develop & maintain strong business relationship with all influencer's and sales referrals.
∎ Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness;
∎ Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects;
∎ Execute all the Dealer sales and promotional activities. Submit monthly plan and report daily outcomes.
∎ Prepare territory-wise sales plan and propose relevant trade activities in line with the sales forecast;
∎ Visit all dealers & retailers' regular basis to maintain close relationships;
∎ Maintain sales activity records & reports and send those to the head office;
∎ Preparing market report and suggesting an action plan based on competitor's activity;
∎ Promoting company goodwill and business through appropriate marketing activities;
∎ Monitoring, supervising & training distributor's field forces sales force on a regular basis;
∎ Regular searching and developing a balanced dealer network and recruit new dealers etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Dealer Operation & Dealer Sales and Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dealer Management, Dealer Sales and Marketing, Handling Distributors or Dealers
∎ Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Both in English & Bengali.
∎ Advanced Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Web-Browsing.
∎ Should Be Proactive, Good Communicator, Self-Starter and Be Able to Work in a Team Environment. Should have pleasant personality with unique way of approach to achieve the target.
∎ Should have good physical fitness and passion for sales job.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
∎ Smart, energetic & hard-working candidates are preferable.
