Job Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide land-related information.

• Verify, manage and preserve all project land documents (Mutation, Khatian, Porcha).

• Prepare and organize land files and necessary documentation.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.

• Assist in client meetings and perform field visits when necessary.

• Keep proper records of client service requests and update the management regularly.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
