Job Responsibilities
Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide land-related information.
Verify, manage and preserve all project land documents (Mutation, Khatian, Porcha).
Prepare and organize land files and necessary documentation.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
Assist in client meetings and perform field visits when necessary.
Keep proper records of client service requests and update the management regularly.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
