Responsibilities & Context:
Calculate standard costs for accessories & conduct cost breakdown analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to determine profitability-based pricing.
Identify and analyze cost variances in production.
Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, WIP and finished goods.
Prepare various cost reports for management.
Work with production teams to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Ensure costing within the shortest period of time.
Ensure accurate costing for new products and modifications.
Forecast raw materials price fluctuations and their impact on product costing.
