Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's & Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certificate course on Corporate Tax or related field preferable

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Finance, Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Head of Department in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for the company.
∎ Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory reports to government agencies on a timely basis.
∎ Prepare the monthly TDS deduction report and submit it to the NBR.
∎ Attend tax assessment hearings at the offices of the Deputy Commissioner of Taxes (DCT) as required.
∎ Prepare and submit the 108 and 108 (A) return annually to the NBR.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper data recording system to the Tally software for corporate finance department.
∎ Submit annual returns to the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
∎ Perform financial analysis and provide reports as necessary to support the finance and accounting functions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
∎ Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ Assist in the coordination and management of internal and external audits.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Adequate experience in corporate finance and accounting, Taxation, preferably in a manufacturing company.
∎ Experience in preparing financial statements, tax returns, and regulatory reports.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, preferably Tally.
∎ Ability to analyze financial data and provide reports to support business decision-making.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladeshi tax laws and regulations.
