Job Context:
Mir Ceramic Limited is going to launch their New Brand soon. As a part of this, we are seeking some dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of position of Jr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Executive under the department of Marketing & Sales.
The selected candidates will be responsible for appointing new dealers and managing its network properly, building strong customer relationship and achieving the business goal in the assigned territories.
Job Responsibilities
Execute the company’s marketing and sales plans in assigned territories to achieve set sales targets.
Conduct regular visits to zonal dealers and maintain strong professional relationships.
Promote new product line to developers, contractors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Strengthen existing client relationships and ensure consistent business growth.
Advise customers on product selection based on their design and quality needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively to maximize company revenue.
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Report key insights and feedback to supervisors for strategic decision-making.
