• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed University, preferably major in Finance & Accounts.

• CA-CC will get preference.

• Any other licenses & certifications / qualification in the related field will be considered as an added value.

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in financial sales administration is required.

This role is responsible to ensure accurate financial monitoring, cost optimization, and operational efficiency of Direct Delivery (DD) operations through rigorous analysis, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Monitor daily financial transactions related to credit sales of DD

• Prepare daily reconciliation between credit sales and deposit from the DD

• Ensure timely deposits from DD and suggest alternative way of sales deposit for the cash which is not submitted in Bkash & Bank.

• Cost and Profitability analysis of each DD.

• Prepare aging report for credit sales.

• Work closely with logistic team to ensure timely invoice preparation.

• Monitor stock level of cylinders and reconcile with financial records.

• Support audit and compliance checks related to DD.

• Analyze cylinder exchange cost, establish control on Cylinder Exchange cost and suggest cost saving ideas.

• Implement process improvements to enhance finance accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor Secondary distribution cost of all DD locations to find out the reason for higher/lower cost and take necessary steps to optimize cost, collaborating with logistics/sales team.

• Route wise cost analysis.

• Analyze capacity utilization of trucks.

• Analyze % of drop out order (undelivered goods).

• Random visits to retailer points to understand the market trend in the primary and secondary market.

• Analyze Primary distribution cost efficiency and suggest areas for improvement.

• Monitor non-moving empty cylinders of other brands.

• Monitor & control the discount provided for bulk purchase.

• Monitor & control the price of Direct Delivery ensuring proper price approval process.
