Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software (Tally / ERP / QuickBooks).
Strong knowledge of Voucher, VAT & TAX laws and practical field application.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Must be honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and maintain confidentiality.
The person must be well mannered.

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily vouchers, cash book, bank book, journal entries and related financial records accurately.
- Prepare and post Payment, Receive, and Adjustment Vouchers in the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain Vendors’/Contractors’ Ledger and ensure timely payment settlement and follow-up.
- Monitor project-wise expenses and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Manage VAT & TAX related activities (TDS/VDS), challan preparation and return submissions.
- Assist in payroll preparation, salary disbursement and attendance reconciliation.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and management reporting.
- Assist internal and external audit activities by providing required financial documents.
- Any Other job assign by the management.
