Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the HVAC or Cleanroom industry.Strong understanding of HVAC components, cleanroom layouts, HVAC controls, filtration systems, and air distribution concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, or industrial manufacturing clients.
- Familiarity with international standards for HVAC and Cleanroom (ISO 14644, GMP, ASHRAE, etc.).
- Experience coordinating with engineering teams and site execution teams
Responsibilities & Context: Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC and Cleanroom markets.
Promote company products and solutions to industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and commercial clients.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and site visits to understand project requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop solutions tailored to customer needs.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closing.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
