Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and Maintain BIM Model for Pharmaceutical project, covering, Architecture, Structure & MEP System Using Revit.
∎ Perform Clash Detection Using Navisworks, Identify conflict between various disciplines.
∎ Generate 3D model of Piping, HVAC, Electrical from sketch.
∎ Co-ordinate with design team to complete project.
∎ Prepare BOQ directly from BIM Model.
∎ Prepare project Document for client submissions.
∎ Pruriency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and BIM 360.
∎ Strong understanding of 3D modelling, Clash Detection and Co-ordination workflows.
