Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in Accounting & Finance from a reputed university.
∎ Diploma/any professional training on Stock or supply chain management will add advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain record of receipts from production as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse to ensure accuracy and completeness Involved in reconciliation of physical stock in the system
∎ Ensure the arrangement of Tiles has been done in an orderly system within the stock location so that the stock can be stored easily and repossessed whenever there is a requirement
∎ Ensures the protection of the warehouse stock in the best way
∎ Supervise the offloading process, the subsequent arrangement of Tiles and consignment so that it can be obtained and identified easily
∎ Ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory
∎ Maintain Daily Monthly & Yearly Stock Report for Company Management
∎ Co-operate Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistic & Others department
∎ Check the stock department Duty Roster
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with HR for official rules and regulations for smooth operation
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Willing to perform shifting duty
∎ Minimum 04 to 08 years experience in relevant area with at least 02 years'experience to handle the department independently
∎ Good time management Skill
∎ Excellent Communication skills
∎ Strong IT skills
∎ Ability to identify problem and find solutions
∎ Team player, Independent, can-do attitude, enthusiastic and work under pressure
∎ Ability to work in multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment
