∎ Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
∎ Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
∎ Must have your own client database/ leads. From where conversion will be possible
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Credit card, insurance and Loan/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share. This candidate should have at least 3 to 5years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
∎ To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
∎ To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
∎ Searching and expansion of new markets.
∎ Any other task given by the management
