Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledge about Real Estate industry, competitors and present market scenario.
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, graphics design and computer skill, leadership in Sales & Marketing and Target Achieving.
∎ Ability to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target according to marketing plan.
∎ Create new sales in various corporate groups, offices in different places of the city.
∎ Capability to create new customers is the prime responsibility for these positions.
∎ Capable to collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Potentiality to develop new clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients..
∎ Make cold calls to prospective customers and continue follow-ups.
