• Or, B.Sc. in any subject with a Diploma in Digital Marketing

• 3 to 4 years

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of practical experience in digital marketing
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is strongly preferred

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Digital Marketing Strategy
• Social Media Marketing
• Google Ads & SEO
• Facebook & YouTube Marketing
• Email Marketing
• Content Creation and Copywriting
• Canva or basic graphic tools (preferred)

Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred):

• Knowledge of website CMS tools like WordPress
• Basic video editing skills for reels or ad creatives
• Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate qualified leads
• Manage all social media platforms and create engaging content tailored to our audience
• Optimize website and content for SEO and search engine ranking
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, and YouTube for maximum ROI
• Launch and monitor email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing
• Analyze marketing performance data and suggest actionable insights for improvement
• Create and manage dynamic marketing content across platforms
