∎ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer retention.
∎ Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
∎ Manage and maintain the brand's website, ensuring it is up to date with relevant information and optimized for user experience.
