∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Manager & look after Khansons Center.
∎ Look after day to day work of all employees of KHL.
∎ Assist Manager & Ensure all type of service to Rentee as per terms of rent agreement.
∎ Pursue with rentee for monthly rent and service charges to get in due time .
∎ Look after all maintenance work in due time by KHL employees and third parties.
∎ Assist Manager to Look after all land, flats, buildings owned by Khansons Group.
∎ Assist Manager to Look after personal properties of all directors.
∎ Assist Manager to Keep up to date of all land tax, city corporation tax any other regulatory bodies payment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Knowledge MS Word, MS Excel, Email.

Salary: Negotiable
