Additional Requirements:

Candidates having part qualification credential from ICAB/ICMAB/ACCA will be given preference
Relevant experience in commercial organization preferably Pharmaceutical/FMCG industries
Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/ERP software is mandatory
Candidate must have clear understanding of accounting principles & transaction recording
Responsibilities & Context:
Check and process payment/invoice of suppliers/contractors in compliance with company & legal requirements
Conduct bank reconciliation of operating accounts and take necessary steps to resolve arising issues
Advance payment to suppliers/contractors and make adjustments accordingly
Make periodic reconciliation of accounts payable
Ensure timely reimbursement of expenses to area offices & pharma depot
Articulate financial insights and collaborate with various stakeholders
Assist in preparation of financial statements
Assist in banking correspondence/other requirements
Any other duty as and when required by the Supervisor
