Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate from any public University with CA (CC)/Part qualified/ACCA with 02 Year’s practical working experience in any Shipping line.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial Statement, Reports, MIS and according books of record maintain;
∎ Record accounting vouchers keeping proper coding and posting into the system;
∎ Prepare the Bank reconciliation statement;
∎ Analyze work order, invoices and demand forecasts daily to estimate shipping storage and delivery requirements and use this information to allocate resource if required;
∎ Ensure accurate and timely Processing of pay transactions;
∎ Check all transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher, Journal voucher maintaining by accounts software;
∎ Maintain all account books/register/ledgers etc.
∎ Compliance of Income Tax, VAT and other related laws while any payments, submission before the authorities;
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The applicant must have minimum 3 years practical experience in Accounts Department of Shipping line;
∎ Only males are allowed to apply;
∎ Must have excellent proficiency in computer;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal office hour.
∎ Should have vast knowledge of all activities of shipping department in a large group of company;
∎ Must have thorough knowledge on all sorts of shipping Department;
∎ Having sound knowledge of Bank activities, customs rules regulations related to both Export & Import.
