Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounts, Finance, Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounts, Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CACC
∎ Skills Required: Accounts and Finance, ERP, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally ERP 9
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Construction Business
Job Context:
∎ Accounts and Finance.
∎ CACC certified candidates will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have experience in Accounts & Finance department from renowned construction company.
∎ Must have proven experience in ERP/Tally-9 software and office application.
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc.)
∎ Maintain Project accounts both manually and using accounting software independently.
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Preparation of Cash Flow Statement, Financial Budgets, Ratio Analysis, Recovery Report, Financial Projection etc. on monthly basis and analyzing and presenting these reports to Top Management.
∎ To prepare and review various banks reconciliations and the raised discrepancy from reconciliation will be closely monitored and settled.
∎ To prepare management reports on monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and as when necessary and submit the reports to the Management in time.
∎ Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through Tally- ERP software and manually.
∎ To coordinate with Vendors/Suppliers/Sub-contractor/Engineering/Management department for smooth functioning.
∎ Checking of monthly Back-to-Back Liabilities, Accepted Liabilities, all types of Bank liabilities, Bill Receivable, Stock & Inventory.
∎ Establish updated accounting system and time-to-time advice to top management on various accounting issues.
∎ Conduct the Accounts, Finance, VAT & TAX, Internal Controls, Risk Management and Strategic Planning Functions.
