Experience:

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Insurance,Textile,Real Estate,Automobile,Cement Industry,Furniture Manufacturer,Steel

• Master of Commerce (MCom)

• Added Advantage: CA (CC) from a reputed CA firm.

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Preparing all vouchers, Payment, Receipts, Journal etc. and record in Tally ERP.
• Ensure proper accounting documentation with the vouchers.
• Ensuring timely payment of suppliers, employees and others.
• Record accounting vouchers through proper coding and posting.
• Preparation of daily, monthly and weekly cash forecast.
• Timely fund requisition considering monthly and weekly cash forecast, daily payment posting after approval, daily cash book reconciliation, update and prepare cash closing report.
• Maintain Cash & Bank book, General ledger book, Party ledger book, and other relevant registers.
• Preparation of ledger reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Preparation of financial and other necessary reports (monthly/quarterly) as required by the management.
• Ensure safety and security of cash, account documents and ensure confidentiality of information; and
• Any other jobs that assigned by the Head of Accounts and management (like-WIP report and Physical verification of inventory and fixed asset and maintaining fixed assets register).
