• Proven experience in backend development using Node.js and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with optimizing for Google Lighthouse metrics.
• Basic understanding of PHP is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Strapi CMS is an advantage but not essential.
• Proficient in Git and version control workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a remote, multicultural team.

We are looking for a Remote Backend to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in developing, optimizing, and maintaining our backend systems. This role demands technical expertise, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Node.js and Next.js.

• Collaborate on building and enhancing web applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Write clean, modular, and reusable code, adhering to industry standards.

• Ensure technical SEO and optimize backend operations to support Google Lighthouse metrics (Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO).

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues promptly.

• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Optional: Contribute to PHP-based projects and work with Strapi if applicable.
