We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Technical & Service Engineers to join our team in delivering installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance solutions for electrical substations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with substation equipment and a strong understanding of protection, control, and power distribution systems. Technical & Marketing knowledge of Sub-station, Transformers, LT & HT Switchgear, LPS System, Earthing System, Solar System MDB, DB, LBS, VCB, Frequency Inverters, & all products of Electrical Low Voltage items for power solution.
Installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV substation equipment
Troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of switchgear, transformers, breakers, relay panels, etc.
Conduct site inspections, performance testing, and preventive maintenance
Interpret electrical drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and control schematics
Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and test results
Provide on-site technical support and customer training
Ensure safety compliance and adherence to industry standards (IEC/IEEE)
Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goal
Meet daily with sales Executives and Offer them the coaching, counseling, advice, support, training, motivation, or information they need in order to help them meet their sales objectives as well as increase their productivity.
Visit customers regularly to develop relationships to facilitate the expansion of the company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
Doing regular meetings with clients and finalized deals.
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
The candidate must be target-oriented and work under the managing director.
Collaborate with other managers and key employees in the sales and marketing department to achieve important goals.
Pre- sales preparation, sales presentation, negotiation of the sales contract.
Identify target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Build a strong relationship with customers and deal with them.
