Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/MSc/MCom/MA/ or equivalent from any reputed University. Having added professional degree will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skilled / experienced on Government Tender Schedule study and preparation of offer as per Tender specification, terms & conditions etc.
∎ Skilled on communication in English & Bengali to relevant Government Authorities, liaise with appropriate departments.
∎ Skilled on Co-ordinate with Government officials, Customers, Banks, Freight Forwarders, CNF Agents, Transport etc. for smooth and timely operation of commercial department for Import & Export purpose.
∎ Skilled on efficiently and correctly handle all Import & Export shipping documentations, including customs and shipping documents preparation.
∎ Skilled on checking of AWB/BL, Invoices, Packing list, CO, BOE etc for Import and Export of goods.
∎ Skilled to liaison with concerned authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as Indenting, IRC, ERC, other memberships etc. are renewed in due time.
∎ Skilled to handling all kinds of Banking functions and documentaries (Letter of Credit etc.)
∎ Skilled to work with the Head of Department.
∎ The applicants must have experience in the following area(s) : Tender Preparation of our Government all Organizations.
∎ Fluency in Speaking and Writing in English.
∎ The applicants experience in the area(s) - Trading Company, Commercial Import, Export & Indenting, Project Managements etc.
∎ Skilled on computer including MS Office Program, Internet browsing & Fast Typing Speed (English & Bengali).
∎ Ability to work under pressure. A drive to achieve and lead. Innovative, analytical and detail oriented. Passionate & energetic. Willing to challenge for personal breakthrough. A team player who is results oriented.
