• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube) and their advertising ecosystems.

Proactively identify and approach potential agency or clients and brands to secure advertising and sponsorship deals for our digital platforms.

Develop a deep understanding of our content, audience, and analytics to create customized and compelling proposals.

Negotiate and close advertising agreements, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, advertising agencies, and media buying houses.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with our content team to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.

Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
