  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise documents
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Office, Visio, Click up, Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
  • Working with Odoo ERP will given preference
  • Knowledge of software development concepts, databases, and API
  • Regular Reporting (Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly) to Management.
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Basic technical understanding (databases, APIs, software architecture)
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes
  • Recommend solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance user experience


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Good Documentation writing and presentation skills

  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.

  • Regular Product Demonstration to Client as per needed.

  • Manage client expectations through proactive communication and timely updates

  • Engage with clients (local and international) to understand business processes, objectives, and pain points

  • Identify gaps between client requirements and existing software solutions and propose suitable enhancements

  • Recommend improvements to documentation processes and standards

  • Contribute to internal knowledge bases and best-practice guidelines

  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and standards related to business analysis and technical writing

  • Working Experience with Different Documentation like RFP,SRS, BRS, FRS, HLD, LLD ..

  • Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, or Use Cases.

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Design optimized workflows and propose changes to improve efficiency.

  • Use tools like flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, or wireframes.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.

  • Facilitate regular meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.

  • Collaborate with developers during solution design and implementation.

  • Help define test cases and assist QA teams in validating the software meets the requirements.

  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with clients.

  • Maintain clear and concise documentation of requirements, decisions, changes, etc.

  • Support product managers in roadmap planning and prioritization.

  • Assist in feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis. Act as a bridge between clients, business teams, and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, stakeholders, or internal teams regarding project requirements, progress, and deliverables

  • Maintain documentation in alignment with company standards and templates

  • Ensure all documents are accurate, clear, and user-friendly for both technical and non-technical audiences
