Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides exceptional customer service and ensures the store employees also provide the same level of service ;
∎ Maintains store operations by initiating, coordinating operational and organizational policies and procedures ;
∎ Maintains store employees sales focus by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees ;
∎ Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management ;
∎ Manages employee turnover and handles employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner ;
∎ Ensures sales as per business plan;
∎ Follow up inventory, cash, administrative, safety and security issues related to show room ;
∎ Conducts regular meetings to keep in touch with individual responsibilities, store discipline, and customer service ;
∎ Ensures that interior, exterior and visual merchandising of store is maintained to company standards ;
∎ Analyzes sales figures, customer needs, buying trends, and forecasts future sales;
∎ Handles cash register and banking functions such as making bank deposits ;
∎ Maintains store's cleanliness , CCTV operation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures ;
∎ Handle cashier duties by taking cash or credit cards in exchange of goods sold ;
∎ Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands;
∎ Promote new products and offers to customers;
