Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and facilitate the organization's Agile transformation strategy and roadmap
∎ Provide expert Agile coaching to teams, stakeholders, and leaders, helping them embrace Agile values, principles, and practices
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptation
∎ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, communication, and transparency to ensure effective teamwork
∎ Manage resistance to change by effectively communicating the benefits and rationale behind Agile methodologies
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master/Business Analyst/Project Manager, with a proven track record of guiding organizations through Agile transformations
∎ Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or equivalent Agile certifications
∎ Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
∎ Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to adapt coaching techniques to various contexts and audiences
∎ Proficiency in change management and organizational psychology
∎ Data-driven mindset with experience in metrics and KPI tracking
