∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
∎ Demonstrated passion for finance and accounting, with a clear interest in pursuing a Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
∎ 3-10 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
∎ Strong understanding of BFRS, BAS and other relevant financial principles.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software Excel.
∎ Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
∎ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

∎ Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reports.
∎ Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes.
∎ Conduct month-end and year-end closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
∎ Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
∎ Ensure compliance with tax regulations.Collaborate with external auditors and support audit processes.
∎ Implement and improve accounting systems, policies, and internal controls.
