Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be able to manage and lead a team
∎ Appraise customers' needs and how the product is meeting them
∎ Design, implement and maintain all cross-platform test suites like Web and Mobile (Android, iOS).
∎ Execute Test Cycles and Capture Test Results.
∎ Execute systems, functional and end to end test scenarios and cases.
∎ Participate in test data analysis and create test data for multiple or complex projects
∎ Ensure tests are self-contained, well documented, maintainable, and reusable.
∎ Understanding the flow of frameworks code and how it interacts with different components.
∎ Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
∎ Knowledge in setting up, maintaining, and performing test Automation Frameworks on multiple application platforms, such as Mobile, Desktop, and Web, and building test scenarios and acceptance tests will be a plus.
∎ Investigate customer problems referred to you by the technical support team, testing bugs, and creating and managing bug reports.
∎ Note all testing actions you have performed in daily and weekly reports.
∎ Working with development and deployments teams, coordinating on product design, and offering inputs on the testability of functional elements and product designs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience as a QA manager or other relevant role.
∎ Complete knowledge of methodologies of QA.
∎ Knowledge of programming language, preferably Python.
∎ Knowledge of API Testing, functional, non-functional testing and documenting the testing process.
∎ Working Knowledge of automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman.
∎ Data analysis and statistical skills.
∎ MS Office and database skills.
∎ Outstanding ability to communicate in English.
∎ Detail-oriented.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills.
∎ Follow the QA process & guidelines provided by the organizations.
∎ Certification of QC is an advantage.
