1. Thoroughly review and analyze consultant prescription summaries before providing any speech and language therapy

2. Conduct proper examination and assessment of patients prior to initiating therapy

3. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient condition and needs

4. Provide effective therapy sessions to improve speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities

5. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessment, treatment plans, and progress

6. Clearly explain therapy techniques, tools, and equipment to patients before starting any therapy session

7. Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated patient care

8. Educate patients and their family members regarding therapy procedures and expected outcomes

9. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and professional standards

10. Perform any other duties as assigned in accordance with departmental rules and regulations
