Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the position of ‘‘Specialist-Quality Assurance of Burmese Language Training’’ from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing ‘‘Education for Rohingya Refugee and Host Community Children in Bangladesh’’ (ERRHCCB) Project funded by UNESCO.

The working location will be in Cox’s Bazar.
Review and evaluate Burmese language training materials, including textbooks, audiovisual resources, and digital content, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with instructional objectives.·
Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures for Burmese language training programs, including content review protocols, assessment strategies, and feedback mechanisms.·
Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and language instructors to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.·
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of Burmese language training courses and materials to measure effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.·
Provide training and support to language instructors and instructional designers on quality assurance best practices, instructional design principles, and language teaching methodologies.·
Monitor and analyze student feedback, performance data, and assessment results to evaluate program outcomes and inform continuous improvement efforts.·
Stay abreast of developments in language education, instructional technology, and quality assurance standards to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of Burmese language training programs.·
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including program coordinator, language trainer, and learners, to gather feedback, address concerns, and facilitate ongoing improvement efforts.
Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any report able incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy.
