∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or Education with a specialization in SEN.

∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Certification or training in special needs education (e.g., autism, ADHD, learning disabilities) is preferred.
∎ Teaching experience, preferably in an inclusive or special needs setting.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support students with learning difficulties, disabilities, or emotional and behavioral needs.
∎ Create individual learning plans based on each student's needs.
∎ Adapt lessons, teaching methods, and classroom materials to help all students learn.
∎ Provide one-on-one or small group support when needed.
∎ Work closely with classroom teachers to support inclusive education.
∎ Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
∎ Keep records of student development and share updates with parents and school staff.
∎ Communicate regularly with parents to build strong home-school support.
∎ Encourage social, emotional, and life skills development in students.
∎ Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive classroom environment.
∎ Attend training and stay up to date with special education practices.
∎ Collaborate with therapists, counselors, and school support teams.
