Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Spa Treatments: Administer a variety of spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized therapies following established protocols and techniques.
∎ Consultation and Assessment: Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, health history, and preferences, ensuring personalized and safe treatments.
∎ Maintain Spa Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic spa environment by following sanitation standards, proper sterilization of equipment, and disposal of waste.
∎ Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, answering queries, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experience.
∎ Documentation: Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and product inventory.
∎ Collaboration: Collaborate with other spa staff and professionals to ensure a seamless and harmonious spa experience for clients.
