∎ HSC is preferable

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting guests and process office registration.
∎ Provide guidance to the customer on the procedures at the Spa
∎ Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to the customers.
∎ Responding to the customer inquiries for information.
∎ Achieving 100% guest satisfaction by providing efficient reception service.
∎ Should have capability to ensure quality customer service.
∎ Identify the customers need & follow up regularly.
∎ Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill and fluency in English.
∎ Should have excellent computer knowledge of MS word, excel, power point, e-mail etc.
∎ At least 1 to 2 years practical working experience in the same or similar position in any company.
∎ Ability to develop inter-personal relationship within and outside the organization.
∎ Effective leadership skill.
∎ Self motivated, pro active and guest focused team player.
