∎ We are seeking a Software Test Lead to be responsible for planning, monitoring, and control of the testing activities of multiple test teams for our international clients (mainly in North America and Europe).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical leadership, coordinate, and manage the deliverables of
∎ multiple projects/clients.
∎ Guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, and report status.
∎ Maintaining all necessary communication lines within the Company and the Client organizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in leading software test teams.
∎ Experience in Planning, Designing & Reviewing Test Plan & Test Cases.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English.
∎ Experience in communicating with clients, technical teams, and management.
∎ Track, report, and produce clear & concise status reports.
∎ Experience of QA methodologies?in an Agile and Scrum?environment.
∎ Excellent work ethic and strong sense of accountability.
∎ Knowledge of at least one programming/scripting language.
∎ Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
