- Familiarity with SQL, Linux, or scripting is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Respond to support requests via email, phone, or ticketing systems.
- Maintain detailed records of support tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and document bugs.
- Help test software updates and provide user feedback.
