• Proven experience as a Software Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development and coding principles.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

Job Description:

SpaGreen Creative is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead our development projects and ensure their successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, team management, and effective communication skills. As a Software Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, while ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage software development projects.
• Lead project planning sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks, and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, quality assurance, and project management.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and any issues encountered.
• Foster a positive team environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
