Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and engage with potential clients, including shops, department stores, pharmacies, restaurants, service-oriented businesses (e.g., beauty parlors, hair salons), and small scale manufacturing companies.
∎ Present and demonstrate our ERP software solutions to prospects, highlighting its key features and benefits.
∎ Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to offer the most relevant ERP modules.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets by closing deals with small and medium businesses across Bangladesh.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Provide after-sales support and work with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
∎ Continuously update product knowledge to stay competitive in the market.
