Responsibilities & Context:

Achieve Sales Targets:

  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets through proactive sales strategies and execution.
  • Ensure timely achievement of individual and team objectives.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential markets, trends, and customer pain points.
  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position the company's software products effectively.

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify and generate new leads through digital channels, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.

Customer Engagement:

  • Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored software solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through active communication and follow-ups.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Support sales campaigns through tele-calling, appointment setting, and coordinating software demos.
  • Develop and execute creative sales strategies to penetrate new markets and onboard clients in untapped regions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  • Present, promote, and sell software products/services to prospective and existing clients.
  • Address customer objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively and efficiently.

Post-Sales Support:

  • Ensure seamless onboarding and provide assistance to new clients for optimal software usage.
  • Gather customer feedback and work with internal teams to enhance the user experience.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.- Provide updates to Business Managers on sales performance and customer interactions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional content and campaigns.
  • Support business development managers in planning and executing strategic initiatives.

Digital Marketing Contribution:

  • Use digital platforms for lead generation, product promotion, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of online campaigns and suggest improvements.

Training & Development:

  • Stay updated on the latest software products and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions to improve sales and technical knowledge.

Customer Advocacy:

  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
