Responsibilities & Context: The ICT HUB, a rapidly growing international software development and IT solutions company, is looking to hire a full-time Software Sales Executive to join our Bangladesh office. We work with clients across Bangladesh and abroad - providing ERP systems, E-commerce solutions, custom software, IT support, and digital transformation solutions.
We are seeking a confident, target-driven, and tech-savvy sales professional who can contribute to business growth and strengthen our B2B client acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Market Research
- Identify and qualify potential B2B clients in Bangladesh
- Conduct research on industries, decision-makers, and sales opportunities
- Maintain and organize lead data in CRM and Convert them
Sales Outreach & Client Communication
- Execute daily outreach via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
- Present company services confidently to business owners, managers, and IT decision-makers
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations
Sales Pipeline Management
- Work closely with the senior team to manage the full sales cycle
- Update CRM with activities, follow-up notes, and deal progress
- Ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospects
Collaboration & Reporting
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
- Work collaboratively with marketing, technical, and project teams
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on outreach performance and pipeline status
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM (Saturday – Thursday)
