Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect for new clients through both phone calls and emails at high-volume with an eye toward exceeding expectations
∎ Follow-up on leads generated by marketing, which includes content and demo requests
∎ Deliver accurate and dependable sales forecasts - and independently maintain sales pipeline with the goal of consistently attaining and exceeding targets
∎ Look for new potential client accounts and making the first contact with those accounts to create interest
∎ Schedule demos of Proximity products for qualified prospects
∎ Drive revenue growth by building a pipeline of qualified prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
∎ Conduct high-level conversations with senior-level executives, clearly explaining the Proximity products and value proposition to decision-makers.
∎ Help potential customers discover unmet needs and describe how we can deliver extraordinary value.
∎ Update prospect interaction in Salesforce to ensure efficient lead management.
∎ Consistently achieve qualified opportunity and demo quotas to help ensure company revenue objectives.
∎ Generating leads.
∎ Meeting or exceeding all sales related goals.
∎ Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
∎ Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
∎ Meeting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 years sales experience in B2B software sales.
∎ Superb interpersonal skills
∎ Exemplary presentation and communication abilities - both verbal and written
∎ Results-oriented always delivering
∎ Entrepreneurial; you're willing to do what it takes to get the job done
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Base salary will vary depending on Software Sales Experience. 10-15% Commission per closed contract which can exceed the maximum level on top of the Base Salary. This includes online sales as well.
