Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the production/development team in tracking down issues and working out the steps to reproduce
∎ Develop & execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met.
∎ Plan, execute and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing products to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.
∎ Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
∎ Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints.
∎ Monitor risk management procedures, maintain & analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant fields
∎ Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods and tools, SQL & database validation, Security testing & Load Testing
∎ Must have strong working experience with Selenium, Tests complex API, web and mobile-based applications
∎ Understanding of Agile/ Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
∎ Familiarity with entire software development life cycle and test cycles (Unit, Regression, Functional, Systems, Stress & Scale, Smoke & Sanity)
∎ Strong organizational skills
∎ Analytical mind, problem-solving, decision-making skills
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on skills & experience
