Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly visit potential customers to promote and sell software solutions.
∎ Conduct thorough product demonstrations highlighting key features, benefits, and how the software can solve the customer's pain points.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored software solutions that improve their operations.
∎ Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with the development team to stay updated on new product features and improvements, using this knowledge to effectively communicate value to clients.
∎ Regularly attend client meetings, gather feedback, and work with the sales and technical teams to address any concerns or customization requests.
∎ Provide post-sales support by assisting with software installation, ensuring smooth customer on-boarding, and helping clients maximize the value of the software.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, new markets, and customer trends, and create effective marketing strategies accordingly.
∎ Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer data and sales activities.
∎ Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns such as email marketing, social media outreach, and other promotional activities aimed at boosting software sales.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
