Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate and mature the sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with potential clients in target markets for the company's software products and services.
∎ Promote the company's software products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the unique value proposition and addressing customer needs.
∎ Identify prospective accounts in target markets and develop strategies to effectively approach and engage with them.
∎ Manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and nurturing relationships to generate repeat business.
∎ Coordinate with the presales and product teams to understand customer requirements, provide appropriate solutions, and develop compelling proposals.
∎ Carry out sales forecasts and analysis to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
∎ Prepare customer feedback reports to gather insights on customer satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to product and service enhancements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and communicate with internal teams.
